Dowdy's Automotive Service Town Hall Meetings

Since Quarter 3 2021 we have committed to conducting quarterly town hall meetings with all staff. These town hall meetings provide an opportunity for staff to learn more about key initiatives and projects, our long-term vision for the company, recent financial performance and other information. It also gives us an opportunity to gather and discuss our successes and challenges and share information in a group setting. Town Hall Meetings are conducted over lunch at each store location with lunch provided on the day of the meeting. Employees are welcome to take an alternate break time during that day as needed.  

All town hall meeting content is available here for review by employees. All content is the property of Dowdy’s Automotive Service and while available for employee review is not provided for sharing with outside parties. This information is considered privileged confidential information for employee use/review in performance of your role and duties as a Dowdy’s Automotive Service employee. Sharing confidential information is a violation of company policy.
